What you'll be doing
- —Coordinate and manage day-to-day Amazon operations (Seller Central & Vendor Central) across multiple client accounts
- —Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and communication
- —Handle operational tasks like FBA shipments, inventory management, account health monitoring, and support cases
- —Analyse Amazon reports to identify trends and support performance improvements
- —Maintain strong organisation, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
